You should visit the vineyard "La Redonda" in Queretaro!

There's a place in Queretaro called "La Redonda" is one of the bests vineyard in México and it's near the city if you leave in CDMX. La Redonda offers you a guide tour, they show you the process to create wine and in the end they'll give you a taste of the wine! And if you like it, you can buy some wines, they also sell food to pair with the wine, and if you like to take photos or selfies, only you or with somebody there are good places for the photos.
